■ 빈맥에서​ Synchronized cardioversion의 적응증

• 저혈압
• 급성 의식변화
• 쇼크의 징후
• 허혈성 심장질환 흉부불편감
• 급성심부전

⇒ Unstable SVT(A.fib, A.flutter)

⇒ Unstable regular monomorphic tachycardia with pulse

■ Unsynchronized shock을 하는 경우

• Pulseless
• severe shock, polymorphic VT

​

■ Stable narrow qrs tachycardia (<120ms) , 안정적인 좁은 QRS 빈맥

• Vagal menuvers
• Adenosine
• β-blocker, CCB

(Verepamil, Diltiazem은 천식환자에서 이용가능)

(저혈압이 있는 경우 Digoxin 이용가능)
